About the Event

Space reserved for brain injury survivors and caregivers, friends & family.

In collaboration with Unmasking Brain Injury. The vision of this project is to build a community for brain injury survivors sharing their stories through mask art. Creating art helps people process emotions about their recovery and injury. Join Caroline's Donation Flow for LoveYourBrain's MindfulMarch drive just beforehand 1 pm - 2:15 pm.

Everyone has a brain, everyone should learn to love theirs. Come love your brain with me and paint a mask to help depict externally what you feel within. Masks will be displayed by across the nation. The Mind Resilience Institute of SohumSouthern Limited offers many mindfulness, yoga, and educational programs to help connect brain injury survivors with healing pathways.

The mission of Unmasking Brain Injury is to promote awareness of the prevalence of brain injury; to give survivors a voice and the means to educate others of what it’s like to live with a brain injury; to show others that persons living with a disability due to their brain injury are like anyone else, deserving of dignity, respect, compassion and the opportunity to prove their value as citizens in their respective communities.
